Shipping

Welwyn Auctions offers packing and shipping through Australia Post at the buyer's expense. Shipping costs will be added to your invoice or quoted separately upon request.

Buyers may arrange their own courier or shipping provider; however, written authorisation and collection details must be provided prior to collection.

Shipping Address

Items will be shipped to the address registered on your Welwyn Auctions account and shown on your invoice. Please ensure your details are accurate before requesting dispatch.

If you require shipment to an alternative address, please notify us before payment and shipping arrangements are finalised.

Collection & Dispatch

Purchases should be collected, or shipping instructions provided, within 48 hours of the auction closing.

Goods will not be released until full payment, including any shipping, insurance, tariff or associated charges, has been received.

Storage charges may apply where collection or shipping arrangements are not made within the required timeframe.

Shipping Liability

Every care is taken in packing and preparing items for shipment. However, once items have been handed to Australia Post or a third-party carrier, risk passes to the buyer.

Welwyn Auctions accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, delay, damage or negligence occurring during transit. Buyers may request transit insurance where available.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to selected destinations, subject to carrier availability and local import regulations.

Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, tariffs, import permits and other charges imposed by the destination country.

United States Buyers: We are currently only able to ship items with a declared value under AUD $800. Applicable tariffs and import fees must be prepaid prior to shipment. Buyers may request a tariff quote before dispatch. Goods will not be shipped until all applicable charges have been paid.

Import requirements and charges are subject to change without notice and remain the responsibility of the buyer.
